Fillings are one of the most basic methods of restoring teeth. We use the most effective, modern, tooth-coloured materials.

Unlike the more traditional grey amalgam fillings, the tooth-coloured ones look very natural, so no-one will be able to tell you have them.

Composite fillings are more than just attractive. They are environmentally non-toxic because they use no mercury. They are stronger because they bond directly to the surface of the tooth. They protect the tooth from fracturing and they don’t require the more aggressive tooth preparation of a mercury filling. They also seal the surface of the tooth to protect against further decay.

If you need a filling, with the use of the Wand which is a painfree anaesthetic we can make your visit comfortable. This excellent computerised system is safer than the old syringe injections and can numb your teeth without leaving your lips, tongue or cheeks numb. It will also wear off quicker than a normal injection.

We can also use HealOzone to stop the decay instead of drilling it all away, allowing us to conserve much more of your tooth, and reduce the risk of sensitivity or damage to the nerve of the tooth.

We take care to shape the filling, so that it looks as realistic as possible, and so it does not interfere with the way your teeth meet when you bite and chew.
