We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a €50 fee. If you miss an appointment without notice, you may be charged €50. Any booking deposit may be forfeited, where applicable.
This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient awaiting treatment. Exceptional circumstances are, of course, considered at the practice’s discretion.
